corruption

isn't it courageous to talk of reducing corruptions when one has skeletons, to declare, in his/her own cupboard? only very much intelligent  persons can fathom corruption from afar. ordinary people can understand it only when has immersed in the corrupt situations/practices. daily dose or daily life corrupt practices, again, hard to notice for ordinary people.
