চাকুরে বাপ মা , ছেলে মেয়ে চাকর বাকর । তিরিশ বছর চাকরি করে মনে প্রাণে অভ্যাসে চাকর। আমার ছেলেমেয়ে ও চাকর হবে । এই ভবিতব্য, পরিবর্তন চাই ।

সবাই উদ্যোগপতি হবে এমনটা উচ্চাশা বা দিবাস্বপ্ন । অসম্ভব । ছেলেমেয়েরা অনেকে উদ্যোগী হবে এমন ঘটনা সম্ভব যদি পিতামাতারা সচেষ্ট হন । চাকুরে পরিবারের ছেলেমেয়ে ব্যবসায় অসফল হওয়ার সম্ভবনা বেশি মনে হয় , যদিও পরিসংখ্যান জানা নেই । তবে ব্যবসায় থিতু হতে সময় বেশি লাগবে ।

Trading is perhaps the oldest business skill. Traders move products surplus to commodity deficit area. Now they do almost the same with services also. Traders skill is to find the demand area and then to supply from surplus area. Sometimes he bridges geographic distances and other times he bridges the time gap between demand and supply, he arrange to store things in go-downs. Of course he has to learn to cultivate both buyer and seller of the product and/or services.

Traders ideally does the job himself. But when volume/load grows he/she appoints/employ skilled and unskilled people . Traders put their head and neck in the deals.

Industrialists need inputs for making outputs . Traders take care of inputs and outputs. Traders often employ brokers for buying or selling. Brokers arrange meeting of buyers and sellers, and take their cuts. An entrepreneur can be trader, broker, industrialist, innovator etc any or all together for a start but must find out his/her special area.
