Hitachi is big company, international or multinational whatever. We bought a ac machine of such make. M/s abc co is authorized service company. After the remote controller becoming defective m/s abc is unable to replace it. All authorized service centres want us to join their service contract. So I understood now service contract is the real buisness not selling items, brand is eyewash. And there is no official point for sales of parts such as remote, on line. We are in a fix and about to try generics, that's a luck try, it may work and may not, definitely no guarantee.
