Number of Universities is increasing. It can be safely assumed that college degree per 100 person are increasing. But level of enlightened minds are not increasing. Boodhooram is very sorry. College degrees do not help to change old ( all most primitive) beliefs. His observation is most of Indians, after living in a democracy for 65 years, still rely on mai baap sarkar.
