91 people including hospitalized patients died long time ago. It was/is hAmri hospital at Calcutta Primary observations revealed gross negligence of many people (omissions) and deliberate wrong doing of some more people (commissions). Government is thinking of restarting the facility with those same irresponsible and inhuman owners without finding or punishing culprits on fast track. This is unthinkable to an ignoramus. At least the property must be taken away from them as a first measure. If the management or owners are not accuse able under the law then property value at market price may be given back. But the owners/promoters must be black listed for health care businesses.
