A leader set goal or move goal. Manager use resources to reach the goal. If resources are inadequate or if the manager is inappropriate the leader must reset goal. We ordinary people are mostly managers of our life to achieve goals set by others and/or society. Due our short sights or whatever we often can not find/notice resources and fail to reach goals. Sometime we lack resources too. By our self leadership if only we could relocate goal we will then be saved from frustrations and unhappiness.
