Ignoramus will retire from present job first quarter of next calender year. The organisation he is working for is in very bad shape for long time. It is unable to pay many of its creditors and suppliers. It is paying half salary to all it's workers too. Boodhooram can see the good side for him here too. On retirement he will be abraptly in no salary situation; now he is being weathered/acclimatized with half salary.
