Arpana Sen is cool; Jay Goswmy is cool in their respective fields. In fact Ignoramus is admirer and fan. We general public thinks they knows a lot of everything and politics. So when they come out on the road together for one PCPA it makes big headlines. PCPA is a grand conspiracy, is beyond immature intellectual grasp. Or is it pretensions?
In this democracy namely India, thorough police reform is urgently required, if we can afford the money and time. This is a long overdue. We are pretending not to see it.
